Directions
From Wakefield go South on Route 1 and after passing Washington Trust Bank take left jug handle turn to Charlestown Beach. Take first right off Route 1 North, Falcone Lane. At stop turn right onto Old Post Road and go 1/2 mile to JWPT Clinic on the right.
From Westerly go North on Route 1 to Cross Mills exit on right. Go to stop and turn left on Old Post Road. JWPT Clinic is 1/4 mile on the left.
